Mary Jo was absolutely amazing during our home sale process. She was there for us whenever we needed her day or night! If we ever had a question or concern she would get back to us immediately. She knows what she’s doing and has the best positive attitude. She helped us sell our house fast and at the right price! We didn’t have to worry about anything as she handled everything with ease. Not only did we find a great real estate agent but a new friend to our family.

Mary Jo was working with 3 people on the sale of this house. (1) the owner of the house; (2) the owner's daughter and Power of Attorney; and (3) the owner's niece who was coordinating the sale. All 3 people lived in different states, too! Mary Jo balanced her energy between all of us and met all of our needs at the same time. Mary Jo got the necessary documents to us early or a very timely manner. Because of living out-of-state, this was imperative to allow time for review, signatures, and return delivery.Mary Jo was also very helpful and offered to assist in many areas NOT falling under her duties. She went above and beyond what was required.I'd recommend Mary Jo Green without any reservations. She served us well. Let me also disclose that our house was sold within 2 days!
